Our CEO, Ehsan A. Shanti, brings a dynamic 20+ years of experience, specializing in investments, financial modeling, business development, and high-impact M&A. Before leading us, Ehsan held significant roles at global powerhouses like EY and PwC. His deep understanding of complex financial ecosystems was further honed at Elaj Group, where he first served as Group CFO for 32 entities spanning the GCC, Africa, and Europe, before ascending to the role of Deputy CEO for Finance & Investment. This progression highlights his unparalleled operational and strategic acumen across diverse markets.
Ehsan’s track record is defined by tangible successes: establishing a SR100 million CMA Fund, executing two successful private placements for Al-Borg Medical Laboratories totaling SR1.88 billion, and securing SR900 million in bank facilities for major acquisitions. He orchestrated a comprehensive group restructuring, transformed subsidiaries into Closed Joint Stock Companies, and notably turned around a struggling UK subsidiary while serving on its board. An IFRS Certified professional with postgraduate finance qualifications, Ehsan’s leadership consistently translates into exceptional business outcomes.
